If you have an existing bangle that fits well you can measure across the inside diameter of it to determine the inside diameter size.
Alternatively the inside circumference size can be found by measuring around the widest part of your hand when holding it as you would to put on a bangle.
Then compare with the following to determine the best size for you......
SMALL - Inside diameter 60mm - Inside Circumference 188mm
MEDIUM - Inside Diameter 65mm - Inside Circumference 204mm
Large - Inside Diameter 70mm - Inside Circumference 220mm
