SHIPPING
Orders within NZ are set at a flat rate of $10 and sent via Registered NZ Courier Post. Expected delivery is within 1-3 working days, but may take longer at busy times. Whalebird Jewellery is not responsible for any items that might get lost in the post. But please contact us if there is a problem with the delivery of your order and we will do everything we can to help.
Parcels to Australia are $30, sent via tracked and insured airmail and expect to take between 5-10 working days.
Overseas parcels are sent via tracked and insured airmail to anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $50 (NZ). The expected shipping time is 5-10 days.
Customs Fees And Taxes
International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties Whalebird Jewellery is not responsible for and has no control over these charges.If you are unsure of your region's threshold for duty fees and tax, please consult your country's customs website for more information, before placing your order.
WARRANTY
All Whalebird Jewellery pieces are covered for 6 months for workmanship, however this warranty does not cover damage from wear and tear.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If there should be a fault with your jewellery we will refund or exchange the item.
Please choose carefully, our jewellery is made to order and as a very small business we are unable to offer a refund due to a change of mind. But in the event you have a change of heart we will happily exchange any item for something else in our range, or give you a store credit for the value of your item. The exceptions to this being custom made or altered items, which include custom cut stone or rings that have been made to a specific size for you.
All returns must be send at the customers expense. We advise using a Tracked Courier service so that your parcel is covered in the event of a loss.
For ring purchases, please take care to order to correct size and if you are unsure of this a ring sizer is available for purchase. Should your ring arrive and need adjusting we will do this once free of charge. The postage of your ring back to our worshop is at the customers expense.
